The evolution of Change Models

Many types of Change Models look the same, I came across these 4 in my work, and I found a striking similiarity. It could be that they are all based on each other or describing the same underlying phenomena in any Change Process. 1) The Kubler-Ross is the first one I could find. From an article in 1969 2) The Gartner hype cycle of technology hype from 1995 3) Dunning-Kruger effect from 1999 4) J Curve of transformation found in 2018 State of DevOps report (clearly based on the Gartner Hype Cycle)
